General Submission Guidelines

1. Submission Process:
   All abstracts must be submitted using the online abstract submission system accessible at : forms.gle/kHLovyJssMB5QLuX7 

2. Decision on Presentation Format:
   The scientific programme committee will make the final decision on whether the abstract will be presented orally or as a poster. Oral presentations are not guaranteed.

3. Accuracy:
   Authors should carefully proofread the text to ensure it is free from spelling, grammatical, or scientific errors. No corrections will be accepted after the submission deadline.

4. Responsibility:
   The presenting author is responsible for the preparation, submission, and presentation of the abstract.
   
   

Author Commitment

• Attendance Obligation: Submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to register for the conference and attend the conference and present the abstract (if accepted) in the assigned format and session.

• Expenses: All costs associated with preparation, submission, and presentation are the responsibility of the presenting authors.

Abstract Organisation and Content

 Regulations

• Abstracts must be written and presented in English.

• The total length must not exceed 350 words, excluding the title, authors, affiliations. and references. One figure or table can be Included.

• The abstract must include author names, Institutional affiliation and correspondence details. The abstract must be structured under the following headings:

  • For original study :Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion

  • Case Series/ Case Reports : Introduction, Case details, Discussion, Conclusion

• Figures:

  • Resolution: 300 dpi

  • Allowed formats: GIF, JPG, PNG

• Drug Names: Use generic or chemical names; commercial trade names are not allowed.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure

All authors must disclose any conflicts of interest during submission. 

Abstract Review and Notification

• Abstracts will undergo  a blinded  review by an expert panel.

• Each abstract will be evaluated based on:

  • Scientific merit

  • Suitable sample size

  • Proper statistical analysis

  • Adherence to guidelines

  • Originality
